VOX Cinemas at Yas Mall now features three jaw dropping signature concepts –THEATRE, Premier and IMAX – each designed to spark emotion, connection, and unforgettable shared experiences. Building on the successful December debut of the first IMAX theatre on Yas Island, the location’s transformation is now complete with the addition of globally renowned luxury and premium cinema technology to one of Abu Dhabi’s most vibrant destinations.

 

THEATRE Experience

As VOX Cinemas’ signature luxury dining concept, THEATRE has been reimagined with state-of-the-art upgrades that enhance both comfort and functionality, along with access to an exclusive private lounge featuring a laid-back luxury design that draws inspiration from the world of cinema with film memorabilia and walls adorned with digital posters from iconic movies.

 

The 3 existing auditoriums have undergone an extensive renovation with the latest cutting-edge technology including new large format cinema screens and the introduction of an additional screen to meet audience demand. The 4 luxury auditoriums are equipped with 4K Laser Projectors and Dolby Atmos Sound providing stunning visuals and crystal-clear audio for a truly immersive experience. All 142 fully reclining seats come with plush blankets and pillows, wireless chargers, swivel tables and personal lighting.

 

Premier Experience

Meanwhile, the classic VOX Cinemas Standard experience has been upgraded to Premier - the first-of-its-kind in Abu Dhabi - offering moviegoers affordable luxury across 861 seats in 11 auditoriums. This new experience provides the ultimate flexibility, allowing guests to choose between plush leather gliders or fully reclining seats, each complete with tray tables for added convenience. Every screen is further enhanced by crystal-clear visuals and immersive audio, powered by state-of-the-art laser projection technology.

 

IMAX Experience

The full-scale transformation of VOX Cinemas at Yas Mall first reached a major milestone in December 2025 with the debut of the site's record-breaking IMAX® with Laser. This launch brought the Capital its largest screen at 23.2 metres wide, offering a floor-to-ceiling viewing experience powered by 4K Laser projection and a 12-channel immersive sound system.

Here are two ways you can handle this to stay calm and keep your resume impressive:

1. Stack them up

This approach is good if your previous jobs were similar in nature. For example, you were promoted from junior web developer to senior web developer, and both positions had very similar job descriptions. In this case, you can stack the job titles under the name of the company.

For example:

ABC Company, Los Angeles, CA

Senior Web Designer (2013–Present)

Junior Web Designer (2012–2013)

– Point #3…etc

The bullet points under the job titles should describe your most impressive accomplishments during these roles. Since you have stacked up the job titles, you should combine the accomplishments rather than treating them for each role individually. Remember that a resume is a tool for you to sell yourself to your prospective employers. It is more important to highlight your achievements than to describe your duties for each role. You can also use this opportunity to explain the reason why you were promoted.

For example:

“Promoted within 12 months for completing three major projects ahead of schedule”.

Getting promoted at a company shows that you are not only a high performer but also a dedicated and loyal employee. You should make sure that your resume tells this story.
